Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise showroom teams and ensure daily sales targets are achieved in line with company policies and procedures.
- Provide strong leadership, strategic direction, and analytical support to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage the Showroom Sales & Marketing team effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company’s business and market presence.
- Oversee Business Development, Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management activities.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities to support business decisions.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through effective team management.
- Handle Direct Sales and Corporate Sales initiatives as required.
- Drive annual sales growth, turnover improvement, and market promotion activities.
- Guide the field sales team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
- Evaluate team performance, identify skill gaps, and arrange necessary training and development.
- Identify and develop potential markets based on assigned targets and business priorities.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners across the assigned region.
- Ensure timely reporting of operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
