Responsibilities & Context

With a robust production capacity of over 10,000 metric tonnes per month, we are now focused on expanding our market presence in key regions, including Khulna and Sylhet.

Role: Regional Sales Lead
- Strategic Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team within the assigned regions, executing strategies to achieve market coverage and monthly sales targets.
- Sales Performance: Focus on selling 1,000 tons of steel rods per month or establishing partnerships with at least 15 dealers in the specified territory.
- Dealer & Partner Management: Build, maintain, and motivate a network of partners, dealers, and clients to expand retail coverage and drive sales.
- Market Engagement: Collaborate with district-level dealers, traders, corporate clients, real estate companies, developers, and contractors to foster strong business relationships.
- Target Achievement: Develop and implement sales plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals, ensuring consistent progress and results.
Skills & Competencies:
- Communication & Negotiation: Exhibit exceptional communication and persuasive negotiation skills to effectively engage with and close deals with potential buyers.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, guiding the team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
