We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Regional Manager (Sales). This role will play a crucial part in achieving the company’s short-term and long-term commercial goals.
Job Summary:
  • The Regional Manager (Sales) will lead the company’s retail and trade sales efforts across the assigned region, focusing on strategic growth, market leadership, and exceptional customer engagement. This role involves building robust dealer and distribution networks, driving channel-wise initiatives, and ensuring seamless execution of sales operations to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-impact sales team, driving competency enhancement and succession planning.
  • Enforce operational discipline through process adherence, field execution, and structured performance monitoring.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Leverage data intelligence for strategic decision-making, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Drive market penetration through GTM implementation, trade initiatives, and retail development.
  • Optimize distribution networks by ensuring structured channel expansion and SKU-wise availability.
  • Enhance trade engagement through structured programs, showroom optimization, and customer experience initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales execution with marketing, category, and supply chain strategies.
  • Ensure financial optimization by managing regional P&L, resource allocation, and cost efficiencies.
