Additional Requirements


  • Proven experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or Group of Companies environments.
  • In-depth understanding of FMCG sales systems, modern trade, and market penetration strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of establishing and managing distribution networks, as well as introducing new businesses.
  • Hands-on experience in the effective launching and re-launching of products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, guide, and manage a large team towards achieving targets and maintaining productivity.
  • Candidates with experience in FMCG (food) sales are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Prior selling experience in reputable food industries is essential.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in an aggressive and competitive market environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with current market trends, consumer behavior, and the annual business plan, in close collaboration with the reporting authority.
  • Set and ensure the achievement of sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the Area Sales Manager, Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales Officers, and Distributors to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Maximize sales performance on a unit level, ensuring individual sales targets are met.
  • Propose cost-saving strategies while identifying opportunities to maximize profit margins.
  • Continuously monitor competitor activities and develop tailored sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge within the assigned area.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving the sales growth objectives for each territory under your supervision.
  • Support territory managers with dealer and sub-dealer establishment, monitoring dealer sales trends, and managing dealer performance, including the addition or removal of dealers.
  • Review and approve tour programs and TA/DA bills for AM, ASE, and TSO staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate distributor funding (IMS vs. Lifting) for effective financial management.
  • Identify and tap into new market opportunities, expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and partners to achieve assigned targets.
  • Consistently meet company revenue and profit targets through strategic planning, effective execution, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Foster strong relationships with all channel partners within the region, ensuring smooth cooperation and mutual success.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support company objectives.
