  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country for market visits for driving business, partner engagement, training, process improvement, and monitoring

Responsibilities & Context

  • Business Development
  • Drive Portfolio Growth: Lead the growth of the SME digital loan portfolio by developing and promoting innovative digital loan products.
  • Identify & Onboard Partners: Identify and onboard new business partners, embedded financing opportunities, and acquisition channels to expand market reach.
  • Market Exploration & Campaign Activation: Conduct market visits to key regional markets across the country, exploring opportunities, activating campaigns, and fostering strong networks.
  • Team Supervision & Target Achievement: Supervise and guide the team to achieve business targets, ensuring alignment with budgeted goals and company objectives.
  • Partnership Management
  • Build & Maintain Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong, business-driven partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, outsourced agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Regular Partner Engagement: Conduct regular visits to partner offices to identify growth opportunities and strengthen business relationships.
  • Onboarding & Alignment: Onboard new partners, ensuring their alignment with the organization's objectives, credit policies, and operational standards.
  • Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance
  • Monitor Loan Portfolio Health: Regularly monitor the health of the loan portfolio, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Risk Mitigation & Portfolio Optimization: Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and enhance portfolio performance, driving sustainable growth.
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure zero audit comments by maintaining strong processes, proper documentation, and adherence to regulations.
  • Technological Solutions
  • Technology-Driven Solutions: Implement and leverage technology solutions for seamless digital loan origination and servicing processes.
  • Collaborate on System Improvements: Work closely with IT and application development teams to design product architecture and improve system functionalities.
  • Data Analysis for Performance Tracking: Use data analytics to inform decision-making, develop credit scorecards, and track product performance.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Market & Business Data Analysis: Analyze business and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in products and services.
  • Optimize Credit Scoring & Risk Assessment: Leverage insights to refine credit scoring systems, improve risk assessment processes, and optimize product performance for better results.
