• TULIP is urgently seeking a self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and dynamic candidate for the position of Regional Sales Manager.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing aggressive sales strategies for a specific division. They will ensure effective monitoring of progress toward achieving the plan's objectives, including the contributions of individual representatives.
• The Regional Sales Manager will drive increased sales volume through their own efforts and by supporting the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) and Sales Officer (SO). They will also focus on penetrating existing clients within the territory to gain a deeper understanding of their business and identify opportunities that align with their needs.
• Additionally, this role involves supporting the development and implementation of initiatives outlined in the sales plans for the territory. The candidate will actively participate in training sessions and departmental meetings to enhance their knowledge of the estate, team, and products.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues is essential. The Regional Sales Manager must be well-versed in all FMCG Industries products and services to provide accurate information to potential and existing customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Lastly, the candidate will monitor competitor and potential competitor products and services, communicating relevant information to the senior management team.
