Responsibilities & Context

  • Establish sales targets for the designated area, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market potential.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, supervisors, and other staff in the designated region.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the distribution network and increase market penetration.
  • Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to broaden product availability.
  • Conduct market analysis to uncover opportunities, trends, and monitor competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement sales plans based on market insights to maximize growth and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of promotional efforts and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve sales targets and profitability.
  • Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance, generating reports to track progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, maintaining high standards for product quality, customer service, and ethical business practices.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team, providing ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities.
