We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead the sales and marketing of our company’s consumer products within assigned territories. The role focuses on executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement sales and marketing strategies and programs within assigned areas in line with company objectives.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Develop, execute, and monitor regional sales and marketing plans.
Maintain a strong target-driven approach and ensure timely achievement of performance goals.
Establish new dealers and distributors independently while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
Identify market gaps and recommend the appointment of new dealers to improve market coverage.
Identify and develop potential markets and sales opportunities.
Oversee and follow up on all sales and promotional activities.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales and market reports to senior management.
Collect and analyze competitor activities, pricing, and strategies, and report insights to management.
Supervise and guide Territory Sales Managers and Sales Officers to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
