Collaborate with Sales Officers to set and implement regional sales targets.

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed organizational sales goals.

Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets.

Identify market gaps, select potential dealers, and prepare dealership agreements.

Explore new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Collect, analyze, and summarize sales data to prepare performance reports.

Submit daily and monthly reports to management.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
