  • Proven track record in driving business numbers, developing partnerships, and managing loan portfolios
  • In addition to the above, experience in data analytics, digital lending, credit scorecard development & new business segment development will be preferred
  • Problem-solving, ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country for market visits for driving business, partner engagement, training, process improvement, and monitoring.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Business Target Achievement: Drive and achieve individual and team business targets in alignment with the annual business requirements for digital lending under the SME banking division.
  • Team Management & Leadership: Lead and manage the business team for digital lending, ensuring optimal performance and achievement of goals.
  • Loan Recovery & Collection: Oversee loan recovery and collections processes to ensure timely repayments and minimize defaults.
  • Customer & Partner Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, engaging the business team to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Market Activation: Coordinate and organize sales market activations to boost the sales of digital lending products.
  • Field Support & Troubleshooting: Conduct extensive field visits and communication to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth loan disbursements.
  • Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, partners, and distributors to promote and drive the adoption of the SME Digital Loan Product.
  • Business Expansion & Market Activation: Perform extensive visits for business expansion, market activation, and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Embedded Financing Partnerships: Assist in the onboarding of embedded financing partners to expand product reach and enhance business growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and bank policies related to digital lending and SME financing.
