Additional Requirements

Relevant Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the financial services or banking sector.
Banking Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of various banking products, including deposit products, funded facilities, and non-funded facilities.
Composite Facility Management: Good knowledge of handling and understanding composite banking facilities, including trade finance-related products.
Computer Skills: Comfortable using computers and relevant software for regular banking and reporting activities.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context

SME Client Acquisition: Identify and develop potential high-value SME clients within assigned territories and offer suitable banking and financial products based on their business needs.
Credit Assessment: Evaluate prospective customers’ business background, financial condition, creditworthiness, and potential credit risks before recommending financing facilities.
Field Visits: Conduct regular and extensive visits to existing and prospective SME clients to understand their businesses, requirements, and financial needs.
Loan Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit well-structured loan proposals by conducting proper customer due diligence, facility structuring, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Portfolio & Collection Management: Closely monitor assigned customers and portfolios to ensure timely repayments, effective collection, and healthy portfolio performance.
Target Achievement: Work toward achieving assigned periodic business, sales, and portfolio targets in line with the organization’s overall objectives.
Market & Customer Awareness: Continuously monitor market trends, competitors, business conditions, and changing customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders by providing quality service, responding promptly to their needs, and ensuring a smooth banking experience.
