Minimum 8+ years of relevant banking experience, preferably in Corporate Banking or Corporate Relations.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
In-depth knowledge of industry dynamics, banking products, and credit risk assessment.
Clear understanding of internal and external credit policies, as well as Foreign Exchange (FEX) guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent to support succession planning.

Job Grade: FAVP – SAVP
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition and expand the existing corporate and institutional banking portfolio.
Achieve approved budget targets across assets, deposits, export, and import business segments.
Proactively manage credit quality by minimizing Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio.
Deliver superior customer service standards with a strong focus on zero customer complaints.
Grow the client base through effective marketing initiatives, referrals, and cross-selling of banking products and services.
Monitor customer accounts on a daily basis, manage Early Alert Accounts, and take timely corrective actions.
Coach, train, and mentor Associate Relationship Managers (ARMs) and Account Officers (AOs) to enhance credit analysis and relationship management capabilities.
Ensure strict adherence to Prime Bank’s internal credit policies and all applicable Bangladesh Bank regulations.
