Responsibilities & Context

  • Actively source asset business through branch leads, local market outreach, developers, and referral channels
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong loan pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly disbursement targets
  • Manage the complete asset journey from lead generation to final loan disbursement while ensuring efficiency and service quality
  • Conduct regular field visits to clients, developers, and business locations to increase sourcing and business conversion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and referral partners to enhance business opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and complete loan documentation to minimize discrepancies and processing delays
  • Coordinate closely with RFC and internal departments to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loans
  • Monitor portfolio quality and early risk indicators while ensuring compliance with credit policies and banking regulations
  • Convert branch walk-in customers into asset business opportunities through proactive engagement and financial needs assessment
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards while ensuring sales conversion and fast turnaround time
  • Prepare and submit daily sourcing reports and pipeline progress updates
  • Maintain compliance, discipline, and ethical standards in all asset-related activities
