Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 18 years.
  • Only Male candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in laptop and desktop motherboard L3-level repair.
  • Strong expertise in component-level troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and circuit analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with soldering equipment, hot air rework stations, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools.
  • Knowledge of BIOS programming tools, firmware flashing, and recovery processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret motherboard schematics, board views, and circuit diagrams will be highly preferred.
  • Experience in repairing major brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, and similar devices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve repair turnaround targets efficiently.
  • Good teamwork, discipline, and commitment to maintaining high-quality service standards.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Perform advanced L3-level motherboard repairs for laptops and desktop computers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware issues at the component level, including ICs, chipsets, MOSFETs, BGA components, and related circuits.
  • Repair and replace defective motherboard components using professional soldering, desoldering, and rework equipment.
  • Conduct BIOS programming, firmware flashing, data recovery support, and system restoration when required.
  • Analyze circuit diagrams, board views, and schematics to identify faults and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Troubleshoot power-related issues, short circuits, charging faults, no-power, and no-display problems.
  • Perform thorough testing, quality checks, and validation procedures before delivering repaired devices.
  • Maintain accurate repair records, service reports, and fault-tracking documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and service personnel to resolve complex repair cases efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, and company service guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest motherboard repair techniques, tools, and technologies.
  • Perform any other technical duties assigned by management.
