  • Masters, MPH will be preferred and research experience is highly preferable

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 45 years.
  • Only Female candidates are eligible to apply.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data collection, monitoring, research activities, and staff supervision.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Kobo-based data collection tools.
  • Experience in field research, survey implementation, monitoring, and evaluation activities will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare field schedules and implementation plans for data collection activities.
  • Conduct field data collection and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  • Perform data entry, verification, cleaning, and database management.
  • Facilitate Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), interviews, and other qualitative research activities.
  • Transcribe and translate FGD and interview transcripts as required.
  • Coordinate with NGOs, partner organizations, and stakeholders for collaborative research initiatives.
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding research-related activities and requirements.
  • Prepare and submit bills, maintain documentation, and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Participate in MIS-Research monthly meetings and other relevant project meetings.
  • Design, develop, and pilot research tools, including questionnaires, surveys, and interview guides.
  • Assist in preparing research protocols and ethical review submissions.
  • Conduct literature reviews and background research to support project development.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using software such as SPSS, NVivo, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Prepare research reports, policy briefs, presentations, and other knowledge products.
  • Support dissemination activities, including workshops, seminars, publications, and stakeholder engagement events.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and secure research records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards, research protocols, and data protection policies.
  • Collaborate with academic institutions, development partners, and research organizations.
  • Contribute to proposal development, grant applications, and new research initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
