Residential role with accommodation provided within the hospital premises.
Shift-based responsibilities, either rotational or fixed, depending on institutional policies.
Experience working across various hospital departments, including OPD, IPD, and Emergency care.
Provide continuous 24/7 on-site medical support for hospitalized patients.
Observe and document patient conditions, treatment progress, and responses.
Conduct clinical assessments, gather medical histories, and support diagnosis and treatment planning.
Initiate emergency interventions when required.
Coordinate with consultants and specialists for the care of critical or worsening patients.
Oversee and assist nursing staff with clinical guidance when necessary.
Keep thorough and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
Request and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood work and imaging.
Administer prescribed medications and IV treatments.
Contribute to pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
Assist with minor medical procedures and provide first aid when needed.
Ensure adherence to patient safety measures and infection control standards.
Take part in clinical audits, internal reviews, and staff training sessions.
