This restaurant, a sister concern of JSK Group located on the Cumilla Highway, serves as a key stopover for long-distance travelers. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure food quality, maintain service excellence, and professionally lead the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Ensure high-quality food preparation, taste consistency, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.
Monitor kitchen operations, chef performance, and service staff activities.
Maintain inventory, purchasing records, and ensure efficient supply chain management.
Address customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Train staff on food safety, hygiene, service protocols, and effective customer interaction.
Ensure accurate daily sales reporting and proper cash management.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational discipline throughout the restaurant.
Implement new menu ideas, promotional plans, and operational improvements in collaboration with JSK Group management.
Ensure smooth operations during peak hours and manage unexpected situations effectively.
