Cozy Cub, a sister concern of Alam Group, is a growing baby wear and children’s fashion brand committed to delivering quality products and exceptional customer experience. The company is looking for a dynamic, responsible, and experienced professional for the position of Retail Store & Admin Executive for its retail operations at Jamuna Future Park and Banani outlets.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong leadership capability, retail operational expertise, and administrative management skills who can efficiently manage daily outlet operations while ensuring excellent customer service and business performance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Retail Store Operations Management
- Oversee overall retail outlet operations and administrative activities
- Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient store management
- Maintain high operational standards across sales, customer service, and store presentation
🔹 Team Supervision & Staff Management
- Lead, supervise, and monitor sales executives and store staff
- Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, grooming, discipline, and performance monitoring
- Ensure a productive, professional, and customer-focused retail environment
🔹 Sales & Customer Service
- Ensure achievement of outlet sales targets and business objectives
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues professionally and efficiently
🔹 Inventory & Merchandising Management
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and product availability
- Prevent stock shortages, discrepancies, and inventory-related issues
- Ensure proper visual merchandising, outlet presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
🔹 Administration & Reporting
- Handle outlet administration, documentation, reporting, and coordination with the corporate office
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports for management review
- Maintain proper operational records and administrative documentation
🔹 Marketing & Promotional Activities
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal sales activities, and marketing initiatives
- Support business growth and customer engagement activities at outlet level
🔹 Compliance & Operational Standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail operational procedures, and industry best practices
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and operational efficiency within the outlet
🔹 Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in:
- Retail operations
- Showroom management
- Fashion retail administration
- Experience in fashion retail, baby wear, or lifestyle brands is mandatory
- Prior experience managing retail outlet teams and administrative functions is required
