  • The candidate must have a solid understanding of product development for items like smart switches and sockets, miniature and molded case circuit breakers, and residual current devices.
  • Proficiency in electronic circuit design software such as DipTrace, Altium Designer, and AutoCAD is required.
  • Experience in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project is essential.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct market analysis and generate innovative concepts for electrical accessories (smart switches and outlets, circuit breakers, safety switches, etc.).
  • Develop smart switches and outlets, including testing, performance assessment, data point adjustments, and troubleshooting for both hardware and software.
  • Design and create PCBs for electrical circuits used in fan controllers, TV outlets (multiple series) and smart switch systems.
  • Develop, test, and evaluate the performance of electronic components used in electrical accessory products.
  • Conduct initial quality checks and selection tests for electronic parts, following relevant standards, and oversee testing facilities in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Integrate IoT technology into electrical accessories, including switches, sockets, extension outlets, and fan controllers.
  • Liaise with international suppliers to source raw materials (electrical and electronic components) and equipment.
  • Design and prototype digital products using 3D modeling software.
