RIGGING SUPERVISOR - AYTB, KSA

✔ Age: 25–45 years
✔ Male candidates only.

✔ Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities at the project site to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution.

✔ Lead and coordinate Rigger I personnel, crane operators, and lifting crews during daily lifting operations.

✔ Review and verify lifting plans, load calculations, lifting methods, and the proper selection and capacity of lifting equipment.

✔ Inspect slings, shackles, wire ropes, hooks, and other rigging equipment before use to ensure they are in safe and serviceable condition.

✔ Ensure all lifting and rigging activities comply with HSE policies, Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures, approved lifting plans, and client safety standards.

✔ Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments and continuously monitor lifting operations to identify and control potential hazards.

✔ Monitor work progress and equipment status, prepare necessary reports, and coordinate closely with site engineers and QA/QC teams.

✔ Ensure proper communication and coordination among lifting crews and relevant site teams to maintain safe and efficient operations.
