Responsibilities & Context

  • Receive and process purchase orders.
  • Motivate the field force to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales management team to ensure the weekly collection target is achieved.
  • Gather weekly sales and collection plans from individual sales team members and drive them toward achieving those goals.
  • Collect and maintain data on primary, secondary sales, and collections.
  • Issue sales invoices for transactions.
  • Verify orders, ensuring customers' personal information and payment details are accurate.
  • Contact customers via phone or email to address inquiries and retrieve missing information.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records regularly.
  • Compile and generate monthly sales reports.
  • Expedite orders through internal coordination with relevant departments.
  • Direct customer feedback to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Identify and suggest new products to expand the product portfolio.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department for various tasks.
  • Prepare office memos for salaries and incentives based on management's direction to manage the sales team effectively.
  • Set monthly, weekly, and yearly sales targets (Value/SKU).
