  • Bachelor/Honors, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in any subjects

Experience


  • 1 Year to 3 Year

Additional Requirements


  • 1-3 years of experience in a FMCG company sales admin executive role (preferably in cosmetics or retail).
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Computer literacy especially MS Excel is must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Receiving and processing purchase orders.
  • Issuing sales transaction invoices.
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • ROI, primary and secondary sales data, expired, short dated, over stock, slow moving SKU etc. data analyze.
  • Monitoring warehouse stock management.
  • Contacting sales personnel by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
  • Compiling daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks.
