  • Candidates with experience in promoting premium/luxury brands of bathroom accessories, ceramics, tiles, luxury homes, and lifestyle products from internationally reputed brands are highly desirable.
  • Preferred experience includes collaborating with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, and contractors.
  • The ideal candidate should be smart, articulate, proactive, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Having personal conveyance is essential.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely stock availability to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve business goals and revenue targets through assigned sales channels and projects.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships within the architect network.
  • Visit potential customers to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
  • Organize and oversee marketing activities, including events for developers, architects, and plumbers.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities within the assigned area, proposing effective countermeasures.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers through in-person and phone interactions.
  • Perform cold calls to arrange meetings with potential customers to identify and secure new business.
  • Track and document new infrastructure developments within the territory to support sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including negotiating contracts.
  • Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure products and services meet regulatory and quality standards.
  • Uphold company policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual operational and financial reports.
  • Address escalated customer issues, manage incident reports, and handle legal matters as required.
