Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products or services. The role also involves market research, business development, and supporting the achievement of departmental sales targets.
Establish and maintain close relationships with clients to understand their requirements and respond to inquiries regarding company offerings.
Advise customers on the most appropriate solutions based on their needs.
Collaborate with team members to collect market intelligence and conduct market surveys.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, courtesy calls, and follow-up communications.
Visit client locations to complete sign-up processes and collect required documentation.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Generate tickets for new clients and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare, maintain, and regularly update the client database.
Build productive, long-term, and trust-based relationships with customers.
