Job Title: Sales Development Officer (Mosquito Coil)

Work closely with Sales Representatives (SRs) to execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans within the assigned territory.

Expand market coverage by increasing both numeric and weighted distribution of mosquito coil products.

Ensure product availability and strong in-store visibility, including proper shelf display, POSM placement, and stock rotation.

Monitor SR performance, including route compliance, outlet productivity, strike rate, and achievement of sales targets.

Identify new retail and wholesale outlets, ensure effective onboarding, and drive regular ordering.

Support SRs in order booking and collection, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with distributors.

Implement trade promotions and market schemes, ensuring clear communication and correct execution at retailer level.

Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotional schemes, new product launches, and consumer trends.

Address and resolve market issues such as stock shortages, damaged goods, retailer complaints, and payment delays.

Train and guide SRs on product knowledge, selling techniques, and objection-handling skills.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily sales activities, market visits, and competitor insights.

Coordinate with distributors and dealers to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure smooth secondary sales flow.

Drive sales growth by increasing per-outlet sales, expanding product assortment, and improving repeat purchases.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and wholesalers within the assigned territory.
