Education


  • B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical from reputed public university / Diploma in RAC or Electrical from government Polytechnic Institute.

  • Experienced is not mandatory. FRESH graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Should be self-motivated to enhance the overall sales & marketing position.
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required.
  • Good command on MS-Office applications & Internet and should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
  • Should be able to work under pressure.
  • Should be prepared for frequent tour(s) throughout the country.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Team Collaboration: Work as an integral team member to drive marketing and business development initiatives for HVAC (Central Air Conditioning) solutions across the nation.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and establish new corporate client relationships to expand the customer base.
  • Activity Reporting: Prepare and submit daily activity updates and tour plans to the reporting manager.
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet organizational goals and objectives, demonstrating strong performance and results-driven capabilities.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate comprehensive daily, monthly, half-yearly, and yearly sales reports, including updates on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance metrics.
