Responsibilities & Context
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally, ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide prompt and efficient customer support through both online and offline channels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various online sources while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required to support daily business activities.
- Maintain proper records and documentation of customer interactions, communications, and assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and operational requirements.
- Perform any other official duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
