Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with at least two years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business, driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and CEO to identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and is eager to grow their career in sales. 

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: 
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients. 
Sales Target Achievement: 
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
Market Research & Analysis: 
Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. 
Product Knowledge: 
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers. 
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: 
Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize profitability. 
Sales Reporting: 
Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance against targets. 
Customer Support: 
Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. 
Market Feedback: 
Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve products/services based on customer needs and market trends. 
Cross-functional Collaboration:  
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and product teams, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales success.
