Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients while maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Research & Analysis:
Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals to maximize profitability.
Sales Reporting:
Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance against targets.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Market Feedback:
Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development teams to improve products/services based on customer needs and market trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
