Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their preferences, requirements, and budget.

Provide detailed information about SPLAYD’s sneakers, apparel, accessories, and other lifestyle products.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store and company revenue.

Maintain excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.

Handle customer inquiries, product-related questions, and complaints professionally.

Demonstrate products and communicate their features, benefits, pricing, and promotions effectively.

Support daily store operations, including product display, stock arrangement, and maintaining showroom standards.

Monitor product availability and coordinate with the relevant team regarding stock requirements.

Process sales transactions accurately and follow company procedures for billing and payment collection.

Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and attractive.

Stay updated on new arrivals, ongoing promotions, product knowledge, and current fashion and lifestyle trends.

Assist in achieving customer satisfaction, repeat purchases, and brand loyalty through quality service.

Prepare or maintain necessary sales records and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

Perform any other sales and customer service-related duties assigned by management.
