Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong sales orientation with excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bangla.

  • Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and OTA platforms is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and able to perform effectively under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Promote the resort’s services, amenities, and packages to both potential and existing clients.

  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize revenue.

  • Acquire new clients, including corporate accounts, individuals, travel agents, and group bookings, through proactive outreach and cold calls.

Reservations Support

  • Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Confirm reservations, update booking systems, and coordinate with the Front Office to ensure smooth guest check-ins.

  • Monitor cancellations and maintain booking accuracy.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate and individual clients.

  • Address client queries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, repeat clients, and referral sources.

Market Analysis & Business Development

  • Research market trends, competitor pricing, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns.

  • Represent the resort at networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and corporate meetings to boost visibility and expand the client base.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service for confirmed bookings.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.

  • Share insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and client engagement.
