  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Strive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
  • Maintain a positive, self-motivated attitude, dedicated to supporting company growth.
  • Prepare reports summarizing customer queries and feedback.
  • Be willing to attend corporate events, even outside regular hours if required.
