Sales Executive (field Sales)

Job Summary:

MedEasy Healthcare Limited is seeking motivated and hardworking Sales Executives to support field sales operations under the direct supervision of a Senior Sales Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for area visits, new customer acquisition, and achieving assigned sales targets. This role requires discipline, strong communication skills, and willingness to work actively in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular field visits in assigned areas of Dhaka City.  

- Generate new sales leads and convert them into active customers.  

- Work under the guidance and instructions of the Senior Sales Executive.  

- Maintain daily activity reports and submit updates to the reporting manager.  

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.  

- Promote MedEasy’s healthcare services and explain benefits to potential clients.  

- Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by management.  

- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team.

 Requirements:

- Minimum HSC or Honours completed.  

- Previous field sales experience is a plus (Freshers are encouraged to apply).  

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  

- Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions properly.  

- Self-motivated with a strong mindset for fieldwork.  

- Basic knowledge of MS Office is an advantage.
