We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive specializing in Electro-Medical Equipment to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining our company’s competitive edge and fostering innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing the sales team's potential, developing strategic sales plans, and meeting sales targets for Electro-Medical and Medical Equipment.

• Must be willing to travel via public transport (An official bike may be provided based on performance).
• Preference will be given to candidates with a valid motorcycle driving license.
• Prior experience in selling medical equipment or similar products will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
• Must have an adaptable attitude aligned with the company culture.
• Candidates who have previously applied for similar positions within the organization are discouraged from reapplying.
• Strong knowledge of medical equipment, consumable items, and pharmaceutical products is required to engage effectively with customers.
• Promote products to target customers.
• Analyze the market and identify product demand for business growth.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals.
• Conduct market follow-ups and handle technical queries.
• Secure orders and engage in project planning, preparation, submission, and follow-up.
• Oversee the execution of orders and conduct product demonstrations and applications.
• Provide daily activity reports and acquire in-depth product knowledge to support promotional efforts.
