  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Knowledge of medical devices, and hospital procurement processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Bike driving license holders will get a preference.
  • Must have Fluency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)

Responsibilities & Context

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's presence and market share.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams to foster business growth and loyalty.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, ensuring consistent business performance.
  • Industry & Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaboration with Service Team: Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless installation processes and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Daily Activity Reporting: Provide regular updates on daily activities, ensuring transparency and effective communication with management.
