Sales Executive / Sr. Sales Executive (Professional Kitchen & Laundry)

• 6-8 years of experience in Sales (preferably in kitchen, laundry, or home appliances industry).

• Strong communication.

• Negotiation and presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of kitchen & laundry equipment features and technical aspects.

• Proficiency in MS office; excel.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.

• Monitor and report sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends to the Sales Manager.

2. Sales & Business Development

• Identify prospective clients and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.

• Promote and sell kitchen and laundry products to residential, commercial, and institutional customers.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project developers.

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure timely product delivery and installation.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market positioning.

• Share market insights with management to support product development and promotional strategies.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents as required.

• Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities using designated reporting tools.
