  • Typing Speed - Minimum 25~35 wpm (English).
  • English fluency, excellent communication, and collaboration skills are a must as you have to work with foreign buyers.
  • Education - A polytechnic diploma or a bachelor's degree in any field is required. (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Ability to generate new sales and close deals. (You will be trained)
  • Collaboration with a cross-functional team, time-sensitive and a growth mindset is preferred
  • Preference will be given to those with basic knowledge or experience in WordPress, Shopify, or any other CMS.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare proposals based on client job requirements.
  • Respond to queries and maintain marketplace terms & conditions.
  • Provide feedback and follow up with clients to confirm orders.
  • Facilitate mutual understanding between parties.
  • Contribute to sales efforts by effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Create samples of work as needed and ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Maintain a database to track tasks and liaise between clients and operation teams.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and coordination to meet project objectives.
