Responsibilities & Context

  • TULIP is urgently seeking a self-motivated, proactive, goal-oriented, and dynamic candidate for the position of Sales Manager.
  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for formulating a sales plan for the designated zone and achieving sales targets in accordance with that plan. They will drive sales force operations and motivate the team to meet sales targets on a periodic basis. Additionally, the manager will establish and allocate targets for the company's sales force, from Regional Managers to Sales Representatives.
  • Close coordination with the distribution department is essential to enhance delivery services. The Sales Manager will evaluate, manage, train, and motivate the sales team while developing a strong distributorship network within the assigned geographical area. Building positive relationships with both existing and prospective distributors is crucial.
  • The role involves team management, territory management, area management, as well as regional and zone management. The Sales Manager will conduct research on industry trends and competitors' movements as necessary. They will also provide daily and periodic analytical reports on sales performance within their assigned area and submit regular sales-related reports to management.
  • The goal is to drive increased sales and achieve the desired growth in alignment with management objectives. The Sales Manager may also undertake any additional tasks assigned by top management.
