  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions from our product suite.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Report on sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.
