Responsibilities & Context

We are announcing this position on behalf of one of our foreign principals (Japan and have manufacturing unit in India), a reputed global manufacturer of high-tech medical devices. The selected candidate will be recruited and employed directly by the principal, and will represent their brand and products in Bangladesh. The Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing strategic sales initiatives to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through distributor and OEM channels.
  • Develop and execute market development strategies.
  • Train, mentor, and support distributors to enhance field performance.
  • Conduct market visits, identify opportunities, and ensure business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Product Knowledge & Demonstration

  • Receive comprehensive product training post-employment.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively through presentations, software, videos, or instruments/tools.
  • Engage in product demonstrations and presentations to highlight product value propositions

Sales Development Activities

  • Conduct cold calls and customer visits to generate new leads across clinics, dental offices, and hospitals.
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones to ensure ongoing business growth.
  • Use persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and close sales effectively.
