Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary

Drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and stakeholder engagement for CHA operations through effective sales strategies, regulatory compliance, and market-oriented business development initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence to support sustainable business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned business targets and revenue goals.

  • Conduct client visits, business meetings, negotiations, and relationship management activities to strengthen customer engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies related to quotations, pricing, contracts, and transactions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor outstanding dues and ensure timely collection and payment realization.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.

  • Coordinate closely with operations and support teams to ensure high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.

  • Develop competitive pricing structures, quotations, and business proposals for clients.

  • Expand the customer base through strategic networking, client engagement, and business development initiatives.

  • Ensure timely submission of daily sales updates and progress reports to management.

  • Drive continuous improvement in sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of CHA operations, logistics procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
