Market Research & Business Development
Identify prospective customers, projects, and emerging market opportunities across regions.
Analyze competitors’ products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain a structured lead database for consistent follow-up.
Territory Sales Management
Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans aligned with management goals.
Ensure full market coverage and maximize product presence in all assigned outlets.
Conduct regular visits to workshops, builders, and retailers to strengthen relationships.
Collect orders per company SOPs and coordinate with production for timely delivery.
Sales Execution & Target Achievement
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Convert leads into confirmed orders and oversee the entire order-to-delivery process.
Work with Accounts & Finance to ensure prompt payment collection.
Marketing & Promotion
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade show participation.
Develop and distribute brochures, catalogs, and digital marketing content.
Collaborate with the design team to create tailored marketing materials and client solutions.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM software.
Communicate proactively with customers and resolve issues quickly.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Share competitor insights, price updates, and market trends to aid strategic planning.
Proactively explore new markets and identify growth opportunities.
Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
