Sales & Marketing Officer - Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, phone calls, and other communication channels.

Identify customer needs and provide accurate, clear information about the company’s services.

Manage new leads and maintain regular communication with prospective, existing, and former customers.

Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into confirmed business opportunities.

Track all inquiries, leads, and scheduled follow-ups to ensure timely responses and prevent missed opportunities.

Maintain polite, friendly, confident, and professional communication with customers.

Address customer complaints, concerns, and service-related issues professionally and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, complaints, and service progress.

Keep customer information and follow-up schedules up to date.

Gather customer feedback after service completion and identify opportunities for improvement.

Reconnect with previous customers to encourage repeat business and promote relevant additional services.

Prepare daily reports covering inquiries, leads, follow-ups, confirmed customers, complaints, and pending issues.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Management teams to ensure smooth customer service and business operations.

Maintain company standards regarding confidentiality, discipline, and professional conduct.
