Responsibilities & Context

Capital Green Holdings Ltd. is a fast-growing and trusted real estate company dedicated to delivering premium housing and land development solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing – Real Estate). The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, leading the sales team, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the company's continued growth.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and communication skills, extensive experience in real estate sales and marketing, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives, revenue growth, and sales targets.
  • Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor the sales and marketing team to ensure optimum performance and target achievement.
  • Set and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while implementing effective strategies to meet or exceed them.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct sales, corporate clients, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Conduct professional presentations, negotiations, and meetings with high-value clients, investors, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, branding initiatives, exhibitions, and lead-generation activities to increase market visibility and sales conversions.
  • Coordinate project site visits and provide clients with detailed information regarding project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, booking procedures, contract processing, and compliance with company policies throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless sales operations and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and develop sales team members to improve productivity, product knowledge, and professional performance.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and protect the company's reputation.
  • Perform any other sales, marketing, or business development responsibilities assigned by management.
