Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets·
  • Identify and acquire new clients and retailers.
  • Expand sales coverage to previously uncovered areas, ensuring market penetration.
  • Oversee and manage distributor functions to optimize distribution efficiency.
  • Appoint and onboard new distributors in uncovered areas to increase market reach.
  • Regularly analyze monthly sales targets, distributor stock levels, credit status, and overdue reports.
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or line management as required.
