Responsibilities & Context

Regularly visit individual and corporate clients to promote and sell the company’s financial products, including loans, financing, and deposit schemes, while meeting sales targets and expanding market reach through business development activities.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional support and quality customer service.

Prepare and maintain accurate daily client visit reports and other sales-related documentation.

Monthly salary of BDT 20,000, including festival bonus, along with performance-based monthly commission (variable pay) and an annual profit bonus, as per company policy.

Initial one-year contractual employment, with the possibility of regular employment based on individual performance. Upon regularization, eligible employees may receive additional benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), gratuity, insurance coverage, and loan facilities, subject to company policy.
