Sales Management:
  • Manage the sales of MS Bars/Rods within the assigned region and support the regional sales team in achieving set targets.
Dealer Relationships:
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with dealers to foster collaboration and drive consistent growth.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to evaluate performance, provide training, and address areas of improvement.
Dealer Compliance & Performance Monitoring:
  • Ensure dealer adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales objectives.
  • Track key performance indicators such as sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction, and report findings to management.
Client Engagement:
  • Work closely with corporate clients, real estate developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute plans that achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Negotiation & Communication:
  • Use excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with potential buyers and close deals effectively.
