Sales Officer (SO)

Job Context

We are looking for energetic, target-oriented, and experienced Sales Professionals to promote and sell FMCG food products while maintaining strong relationships with retailers and customers. The Sales Officer will be responsible for achieving sales targets, covering assigned markets, developing retailer relationships, taking orders, ensuring product availability, and supporting overall FMCG distribution and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit assigned markets and retail outlets.

• Generate sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

• Collect orders from retailers and customers.

• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships.

• Ensure adequate product availability and market coverage.

• Promote and increase awareness of the company’s FMCG food products.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Maintain accurate daily sales reports and records.

• Coordinate with distributors and the sales team for smooth operations.

• Ensure timely collection and submission of sales-related information.
