• Monitor product performance, maintain the product matrix, conduct stock analysis, and generate reports to ensure timely delivery.
• Propose new product initiatives to management based on market demand and forecast the product demand for existing models.
• Oversee proper product flow, manage the pipeline, identify aging and slow-moving products, and implement necessary actions to boost sales of these items.
• Arrange promotional activities, ensure proper product display, and monitor any critical after-sales service issues, sharing product knowledge with the CRM and Marketing teams.
• Maintain strong communication between Product Management, Brand Management, and the Sales Team to evaluate feedback and the effectiveness of current promotional materials.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly sales forecasts and set monthly targets for area managers in the distributor network.
• Ensure effective product and sales monitoring, as well as timely deliveries.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Monitor distribution, sales, and consumer feedback through well-conducted market research.
• Coordinate with the Business Intelligence team and handle other tasks assigned by management.
