Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our retail marketing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for placing orders, purchasing products, and meeting monthly sales targets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Retail Marketing:

• Promote Green Grocery products to customers in retail settings.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

• Organize and participate in marketing events and activities to increase brand awareness.

2. Order Placement and Purchasing:

• Place orders for products based on customer demand and inventory levels.

• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

• Manage and maintain accurate records of purchases and sales.

3. Sales Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide feedback to management.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

5. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer preferences.

• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging market needs.
