HVAC Sales Specialist: Responsible for promoting HVAC product sales by engaging directly with clients, identifying new business prospects, and cultivating long-term customer connections.

• Core Duties:
• Field Sales & Client Outreach:
• Identify and engage prospective clients for Walton’s HVAC solutions through site visits, meetings, and outreach activities.
• Travel within designated areas to meet potential clients, evaluate their needs, and recommend suitable HVAC products.
• Customer Relationship Development:
• Establish and nurture strong connections with clients, contractors, engineers, and other key partners.
• Act as the primary client contact, bridging communication between customers and the technical team as needed.
• Product Knowledge & Client Education:
• Showcase in-depth expertise of Walton’s HVAC products, including features and installation processes.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to clearly convey the benefits of Walton’s HVAC offerings.
• Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor movements, and emerging HVAC technologies.
• Gather insights on market trends and customer preferences to support strategic planning and competitiveness.
• Sales Activity Tracking & Reporting:
• Record all sales activities, client follow-ups, and engagement notes in the Company’s CRM system.
• Generate and submit regular sales activity reports, market analyses, and updates on sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
